👨‍💼 Centre In-Charge – Pabna Branch

🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage the overall operations and administration of the Pabna Branch
✅ Develop new business opportunities through industry collaboration, community engagement, and strategic partnerships
✅ Promote and expand professional qualifications, technical education, skills development, and corporate training programmes
✅ Plan, coordinate, and implement both paid and government-funded/free training programmes
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with industries, government agencies, educational institutions, development partners, and corporate clients
✅ Ensure operational excellence, quality service delivery, student satisfaction, and achievement of branch targets
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop the branch team while maintaining LCBS Dhaka’s professional standards and organizational values
✅ Prepare operational reports and monitor branch performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

🎓 Educational Qualifications
Applicants should possess one of the following qualifications:

🔹 B.sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or any other Engineering/Technical discipline

OR

🔹 BBA/MBA with proven experience in the TVET, professional education, or skills development sector

💼 Experience & Requirements
✔️ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the TVET, education, training, or skills development sector
✔️ Strong understanding of NSDA, BTEB, industry skills development, and workforce training will be an added advantage
✔️ Proven experience in branch operations and team leadership
✔️ Strong business development, networking, and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and leadership abilities
✔️ Technically competent with practical industry exposure and the ability to drive organizational growth and sustainability
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation
