Job accomplishment throughout my career:
a) Production & raw material planning, execution and proper utilization of raw materials.
b) Develop production process, supervision, testing & troubleshooting as per ISO 9001:2015.
c) Putting production status in ERP software and sending daily reports to management
d) Installation, commissioning, repairing, servicing and maintenance
e) Preparing maintenance schedule & ensuring maintenance as per schedule. Ensure customer complaints are dealt within a structured time frame, logged and initiating appropriate corrective action as necessary.
f) Widely experienced in improving worker productivity and people management  g) Rolled out IVS and UPS production facility,
h) Maintenance and troubleshooting of Solar system, Inverter, Charge controller, IVS, UPS (Off-Line & On-Line), Substation equipment (Transformer, LT/HT/PFI panel), IPS, AVR, Battery Charger, ATS etc.

To briefly summarize, I hold a BSc degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Information Technology & Sciences in Dhaka, a Diploma-in-Engineering degree in Electronics Technology from Tangail Polytechnic Institute.
Further, I am currently employed with Rahimafrooz Renewable Energy Limited, Dhaka as a Manager, Production, Warehouse, QA and WSS at PV Module Manufacturing plant.  Prior to holding this position, I was employed by Navana Electronics Ltd which is a concern of Navana Group starting as an UPS Section In-charge, then promoted to the position of Service In-charge. Prior to holding this position, I was employed by Electro Mechanical Service Ltd and Micro Electronics Ltd.
